Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
  2. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Provide photos of the item and packaging to help us assess the issue.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variation, subject to availability. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone to start the process.
  2. Pack the item securely, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship the item to:

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
